Welcome to Casa de Deby. Come to Buenos Aires
and share my beautiful apartment in Palermo Viejo. Palermo Viejo is one
of the best barrios in Buenos Aires. Great restaurants, trendy shops,
museums, and beautiful gardens are all within walking distance. Tango
dancers can walk to 3 milongas. The transportation is excellent. You
are 4 blocks from the subte and Plaza Italia which is a transportation
hub for the buses. |

The apartment is on the 17th floor of a secure building.
While having your cafe con leche or a glass of malbec you can see the
river. On a clear day you can see the coast of Uruguay. The apartment
is 1000 square feet (90 meters sq) There are 2 guest bedrooms that
share a bathroom. The apartment is fully heated and has air
conditioning. A maid services the apartment 3 times a week cleaning all
the common areas and guest bedrooms.

The view is spectacular from the living room. Here you can enjoy
listening to music, watching a DVD, or just looking at the view. You
can sit at the dinning room table or outside on the balcony enjoying
some quiet moments. |

The two guest bedrooms have new pillow top mattresses,
Eygptian cotton sheets, towels. Full closets with hangers, drawers, and
a small dresser. Each room has its own climate controlled AC/Heat. If
you put your cursor over the photo you can see the other bedroom. |

The kitchen has a microwave, toaster overn, coffee maker,
stove, and refrigerator. Guests have their own cupboards stocked with
dishes, silverware, and cookware. Whether you want to keep your yogurt
cool or warm your medialunas the kitchen is yours to use. Placing your
cursor over the picture will show you the other side of the kitchen. |

Here is the guest bathroom. It is completely new. Has a
bidet too if you are into that. Not much one can say about a bathroom,
except that this one looks just like the foto. |

All guests get a cell phone to use when they are here. All you have to do is buy the prepaid cards to use it. |
